I was inspired to become a personal trainer because I wanted to optimize my physical and mental health, and I found that training was the best tool to achieve both. I've been in the industry for a decade and have developed a training approach that's tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Building a client's physique and designing their training plan is like creating a roadmap to success. I start by understanding their physiological and biomechanical needs and then work on developing the mental and physical qualities required to achieve their goals. This includes short, medium, and long-term objectives, and the techniques, exercises, protocols, volumes, and intensities used are just tools to move the person along that structure.

I'm passionate about breaking the misconception that training is hard and boring or requires some secret to success. Instead, I believe that with a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard, anyone can achieve their goals.
